Why do you have to pay to update your itouch/iphone?!?

To update your itouch to 2. 0 you have to pay 9. 95. is this reasonable? and why do we have to pay for more? I thought apps were free and now most of them are not free anymore.

Is the iTouch/iPhone 3G Digitizer also a backlight?

I have a broken iTouch 3G backlight, and I have a digitizer laying around. Does the digitizer contain a built in backlighting system? Or do I have to buy a different part?

Does the cowon s9 have an app store like the iTouch/Iphone have?

Application for PC like flickbook for itouch/iphone?

All I’m looking for is a simple program for the PC that lets me draw individual frames and then when creating a new frame be able to see the last frame in the background. A very simple animation tool much like the Flickbook app for the ipod touch and iphone. Preferably able to export into flash but not essential.

Anyone know of a good program?
