My computer and itunes doesn’t recognize my itouch?

every time i plug in my itouch to my computer it makes a noise but its not connected to my computer, it also won’t charge.
When i plug it into my wii or my brothers laptop it charges but my brothers laptop wont recognize my itouch either. any help? please.

I’ve changed computers, how do I get iTunes to let me sync my iPhone apps?

I keep getting an unauthorized error, a chance to authorize, then it keeps deauthorizing the apps. An ideas?
Your brain isn’t telling you what is really happening, which is it won’t copy apps to new computer because it is saying the apps aren’t authorized on the new computer. The music is going just fine, but not the apps.
