I can buy my iTouch or pay half of the laptop. My family shares the desktop, but I want a laptop to do homework and where. Already generation iPod 3.

ITouch, music, photos and surf the Internet, such as Apple Computer JST. So what can the benefits of access to an Apple laptop? I would give examples of why I need both. Plz suspicion

I can either buy my own itouch or pay for half of the laptop. My family shares a desktop, but I want the laptop to be able to do my homework wherever. I already have a 3rd generation ipod.

I already have a Sprint Instinct with a two year Sprint contract and like the Instinct but prefer the iPhone. I will NOT spend $200 to break the Sprint contract. I currently have an apple nano ipod which is 2 years old and am looking to upgrade it. I like all of the features of the iTouch and the apps, etc. I don’t like the fact that i’ll be carrying around my Instinct and my iTouch together if I get one but I can live with that. I like all of the features of the Iphone especially that I could have all the apps, music and phone features in one. But, I don’t really want to wait for my Sprint contract to end or cancel it. I could buy the iTouch for $200 and have the Instinct until my contract with Sprint ends, but then if I bought the iPhone for $200 after my Sprint contract ends, I would have no use for my iTouch and end up wasting $200. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
